What’s always part of the process

The first phase is a workshop of two to four days to obtain an overview of the business problem and the data available. This phase includes estimating potentials and risks. After that the relevant data is extracted together with in-house experts. After a usually time consuming data processing we perform the analysis, applying various tools and algorithms to reveal and visualize process relationships, risks and opportunities. This is when the analysis turns interactive.

One-time, recurring or continuos

Data Analytics can be a one-time project to solve a very specific issue. Or it may be used recurrently to keep a close eye on controlling and optimizing your processes.
